A Supportive Space to Learn, Grieve and Grow Together
ADHD can be overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating life, relationships, work, parenting and daily tasks that weren’t designed with your brain in mind. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood or alone in your struggles, you’re not.

Join me in a 8-week Group Therapy series designed specifically for adult women-identifying individuals (20's +) with ADHD. This is a place to connect with others who truly get it — a space where you’ll be supported, empowered, and equipped with tools to help you embrace neurodiversity with more confidence and ease.
